Crossed high but into WRONG valley.
Hail shower closing in from east, climbing into it ..... followed by very heavy sink. Soon unable to get over ridges back to east and the Buchaille. Land a bit pee'd off on failed FAI attempt. Almost in bag and blew it!!!
Showers now developing around take off area. One hour after landing.
