Got REALLY low about 8k on. Managed to scrape my way out for 600' agl.
Goal is about 12k ahead and my instruments now give me the glide to reach of 10:1 ...... so should reach with no problem
Good glide in with 1000' to spare. Light lift over Great Ayton may have made Guisbrough OK
